By making this version of baked tortilla chips at home, it also encourages moderation instead of looking at the remnants of an empty bag.

Baked Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 5 corn tortillas
- smoked paprika
- cumin
- garlic salt
- spray oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- On a baking sheet, spray each side of the tortillas with oil.
- Stack tortillas and cut into preferred size.
- Lay cut pieces on baking sheet, careful not to overlap any pieces.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until crisp.
- Let cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet.
- Best served with Chunky Queso.
