Bring 4 quarts of water to boil in a large pot and cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve pasta for later use.
While pasta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat to a large skillet and add sausage. Cook thoroughly and until bits of the sausage begin to brown.
Remove sausage from the skillet and reserve in a dish.
Add the bell peppers and asparagus to your large skillet and cook until tender over medium heat.
Add corn and heat through.
Add back in your cooked sausage, along with the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Stir to combine.
Add feta cheese and cooked pasta. If needed, add remaining tablespoon of oil to pasta dish to help create creamy texture.
