We have a history with this race – both good and bad. With the 2021 edition on tap, we set our sights on bigger efforts and bigger goals. But the weather concerns remained in the back of our minds with storms rolling through the night before and morning of race day.
And ultimately, the question lingered beyond the finish line – would Caitlin earn her slot to the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in St. George, Utah?
