Chicken and Rice Salad
Ingredients
- 2 12 oz. cans diced chicken drained
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
- ¼ cup slivered almonds toasted
- 1 cup Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice cooked
- 3 cups red grapes sliced
- chopped celery to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir well.
- Best served chilled.
