Baked Tortilla Chips

Let’s face it. That bag of greasy fried tortilla chips is tempting and tasty! We’ve found a method that satisfies our cravings for crunchy chips while keeping them a bit on the lighter side. By making this version of baked tortilla chips at home, it also encourages moderation instead of looking at the remnants of an empty bag.

Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 5 corn tortillas
  • smoked paprika
  • cumin
  • garlic salt
  • spray oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • On a baking sheet, spray each side of the tortillas with oil.
  • Stack tortillas and cut into preferred size.
  • Lay cut pieces on baking sheet, careful not to overlap any pieces.
  • Sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until crisp.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet.
  • Best served with Chunky Queso.
