Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add corn. Stir frequently until charred - about 10 minutes.
In a medium sized bowl, combine lime juice, honey and chipotle pepper. Whisk to combine.
Remove corn from skillet. Add corn, tomatoes and avocado to the dressing and stir to combine.
Salad can be served warm or chilled. Also makes a perfect topping for grilled hot dogs.
